Yes! On orders over $120, shipping is free. Your free shipping includes economy shipping and must be within the 48 contiguous United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. What is your return policy?
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a refund within 30 calendar days from receiving the product. The product must be in new and unused condition and contain the original packaging. Customers are responsible for the shipping costs. Please contact us to get a return authorization form with instructions on how to return the product.
How long will it take to process my return?
We usually process your return within two business days after receiving the product. After inspection, your refund will be processed and credit will be applied back to your credit card or PayPal account. All products purchased from our store are covered by a three-year warranty against any production fault unless different conditions are specified.
Mickeys Coast Bait & tackle warranty is valid exclusively upon showing the original purchase receipt, and exclusively for the original owner of the rods. This warranty IS NOT VALID FOR RODS PURCHASED SECOND HAND (USED) even if less than 3 years old from the original purchase date.
Every rod that might be eligible for a replacement or refund needs to be handed back to the dealer where it has been purchased who then will take care of the procedure directly with Mustad. Every cost involved with the return of the rod is to be covered by the customer unless the product is deemed defective by our team. In the event that the product is deemed defective, our store will cover the cost associated.
